DTX 1200 MINI GUILLOTINE
For use in shear line applications

With 12” wide (300mm) shear blades – 4 sided reversible. Supplied as standard with 12” wide  (300mm)  x 5 foot (1520mm), powered in-feed, drop down roller conveyor, hydraulic cylinder with hold down device on exit side of shear head.

Shear head fabricated from heavy structural components and plate to withstand continuous work on shearing high tensile steel bars.
Supplied with scrap bin for short ends of bar. Main cylinder 8” bore x approx 5” stroke producing approx max 95 tons of shearing force. Separate hydraulic power pack equipped with 20 HP electric motor (3 phase, 50/60 Hz, voltage per customer requirements) and approx 98 gallon hydraulic tank with hydraulic pump of approx 4 GPM producing a total cutting stroke of approx 4 seconds.

Ideal for use with shear line feeding and gauging tables with shear control designed to be tied in with shear line controls or optional electric foot pedal control.  (A large selection of types and sizes of shear lines are available for use with this machine)
